JPS Help Desk

Welcome to the JPS Maintenance/Technology help desk.

We have created a way for you to submit help tickets to both maintenance and technology in the same location. Fill out a request form and our support staff will help as soon as possible. Once you've filled out a request, you can check on its progress by by entering your access key. Knowledge Books are resources for frequent questions that come up in technology.

We hope this system will benefit you with a one-stop location for submitting help with both Maintenance and Technology. It will also help our teams by helping us organize, assign, and track the progress of each ticket more efficiently.
