Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Leslie Philipps, Assistant Superintendent, is the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator for Jenison Public Schools.  Mrs. Philipps and staff are responsible for receiving and responding to FOIA requests.  FOIA requests must be in writing, attention to:  FOIA Request, Human Resources, Jenison Public Schools, 8375 20th Ave., Jenison, MI 49428.  Requests can also be faxed to the office at (616) 457-8898 or emailed to [email protected].
