Extended absences for reasons other than illness are strongly discouraged; however, we understand that circumstances may dictate the need for a student to be absent from school.
In the case of a prearranged absence, an APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO BE ABSENT form must be requested from the Sr. High School office.
- This form must be signed by all of your child's teachers, signed by the parent(s).
- Form must be returned to the office at least five school days prior to the scheduled absence.
- This applies to absences of three or more school days.
- Assignments are to be completed prior to the absence unless other arrangements have been made with the teacher.
